Afantou

In Afantou there are few routes on a colorful rock, in a beautiful and quiet place. The routes are located on the left end of the cliff. Summertime, the shade comes around 5pm. Close to Afantou, just on the beach there is a perfect boulder spot called Traganou or Traganon beach (or Traounou as locals pronounce)

How to go

afantou access

If you come from the north, you have to cross Faliraki. Continue 2,5 kilometers on the main road to Lindos, then turn right to direction "Taverna Mimakos". When the roads split turn right, pass the church and continue to the cliff (see the map above). The distance from the main road is about 1,5 km. Drive slowly because the last part of the road is not in good condition.
